These terms of service ("Terms") cover your use of Equipe Online at online.equipe.com and the Equipe Online mobile apps for iOS and Android ("Service"), provided by Equipe AB ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We try to keep these terms readable and fair. If something is unclear, email us at info@equipe.com and we will explain.
What the Service does
Equipe Online lets you follow equestrian shows: start lists, results, live scoring, and more. The competition data displayed on our Service is provided by show organizers using Equipe's software. We do our best to present it accurately, but we are not responsible for errors or omissions in data submitted by organizers.
Your account
You can browse most of the Service without an account. Creating an account gives you access to features like following riders and horses, pinning favorites, and receiving push notifications.
When you sign in, we send a one-time password to your email. Do not share this code with others. We cannot be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
Use the Service in good faith and as intended. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Break or attempt to break the security of the Service
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Intellectual property
We own all rights to the Service itself: the design, code, and functionality. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Competition data displayed on the Service is owned by the respective organizers. Your personal content (such as profile information) remains yours.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. You can check current service status at status.equipe.com.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we will do our best to give you notice.
Account cancellation and data deletion
You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings. When you do, we remove all your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We also automatically delete inactive accounts after 2 years of inactivity, with an email warning sent 1 month before deletion.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. It is part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Service or the accuracy of the data displayed on it.
To the extent permitted by law, Equipe AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on competition data displayed on the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will do our best to notify you.
